You agree that we make no guarantees regarding the validity, truth, or likelihood of any and all information obtained on any of our sites whether through a public or private paid for service of the sites. Our consultants are professional consultants; however, any and all statements made utilizing our sites are the sole opinion the individual consultant and do not reflect the opinions or policies, stated or otherwise, of WorldsMostPowerfulSpells.com or any of our sites. The sites come "As is" and "As Available" without recourse. No liability is accepted for any and all actions you as the client/customer take on advice/insight the psychic readers give on this site. Simply using and interacting with/on our NETWORK of sites is an admission and acceptance of these terms without recourse. You agree to indemnify and hold WorldsMostPowerfulSpells.com, Transconnect Enterprise it's NETWORK of sites and its officers, agents, licensees, affiliates or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post to or transmit through the sites, your use of the sites, your connection to the sites, your violation of the agreement, or your violation of any rights of another or vice versa.

PAYING FOR SPELLS

Your credit card will be billed for the amount of time that you purchase and will show on your credit card billing statement as transconnect Enterprise

PAYMENTS

You may pay us by cashier check, personal check or money order via the postage system or overnight express systems. Your personal checks must be cleared before we can cast your spells. Any bank fees or charges for dishonored checks will be passed on to you. Should you use more time than you have paid for by check or money order we will bill you via an invoice in the mail. We reserve the right to invoke collection agencies to recover any payments from the customer who defaults on their responsibility to pay in a timely manner which company policy dictates is within 30 days of receiving the invoice.

PRODUCTS USE

Pursuant to current United States Postal Service regulations and other State and Federal laws, Transconnect Enterprise, and WorldsMostPowerfulSpells.com are unable to make any claims as to the effectiveness of the products sold on this site for medicinal, health, magickal or occult purposes. The information provided for your reference originates from the historical and/or traditional uses of these products. Neither the information provided, nor the products sold, should be used as a substitute for competent medical care. I understand that the readings/healings are NOT a substitute for proper medical or psychological care. The readers do not treat, diagnose, or prescribe anything for physical or psychological illnesses or disorders. It is recommended that I see a medical professional for any physical ailment that I might have or a mental health professional for mental illness. Spells may or may not work depending on what choices you make. You have free will to do anything you wish and that can make the spell not work. As the old saying goes "God helps those who help themselves." Please note that custom spells cannot be refunded because of the amount of time and materials used in performing them and their high success rate.

Our spiritual advisors reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime at their discretion. We do not tolerate abuse or harassment. We do not offer free time for anyone unless specified in a special. It is our prerogative to run a special or end it when we deem so.

PRICING AND RETURNS POLICY

We maintain and reserve our right to make changes to our prices per specials, supply costs, labor increases and misprints. And we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Any communication through E-mail or letters between WorldsMostPowerfulSpells.com and Transconnect Enterprise companies and it's employees with prospective customers and clients should not be considered a legal or binding contract but is information for your decision in purchasing our products only. We offer guarantees on products that are returned unused and in good resale condition only as they were when you received them from us, including the same box, the same packaging, the packing slip and invoice. Custom spells cannot be refunded due to the amount of time and materials used in performing them. Spell products that use soaps, candles or other perishable items that when used cannot be reused according to the Health Department laws laws (New York Health Department Code 120210, Section b) will not be refunded regardless of any guarantees on any pages that they may be on. Spell casting is an art, not a science therefore, making it somewhat unpredictable. Much like software, if you open it, you own it. There are no refunds for opened software. You can return it unopened and get a refund, but if it's open they cannot accept it. It's the same with our products. We have no way of knowing what may have been added to the product.

PRIVACY POLICY

We will not sell or exchange your personal information. The information you provide us with is for our own use to secure payment and to be able to contact you by various ways to inform you of news and products, which we may have from time to time. Your address is required to post out any products you order along with any refund or rebates you may be entitled to. You do not have to provide us with this information but in not doing so you will not be able to use this site. We use an outside credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services and we are not responsible for their use of your information should they not employ our privacy standards. This is another condition of use and by using our payment system you acknowledge this and accept it without recourse. A copy of your chat will be used and provided to any third party to settle any disputed charges to your credit card. METHOD OF PAYMENT

All purchases on this site are charged to the credit card number provided by the user of this site and its services. You may also pay via personal check or money order in advance of your reading or purchases. We accept Western Union, Money Gram and cash.

FREE GIFTS

Any promotional "FREE GIFT we advertise with the purchase of a specific reading is made in good faith. However if the company we deal with to provide you with the free gift fails to meet their obligations we do not accept responsibility and failure to deliver the free gift CANNOT BE CONTESTED BY YOU. As it is a free gift, you are NOT paying for the item and NO REFUND of the original purchase of a timed psychic reading will be made. These are strict conditions of using the site and your use of the site, even without acknowledging these and ALL the terms listed on this page, are considered as your approval of the terms and conditions.

ADVERTISING SEARCH ENGINES
Some search engines list our site with or without our knowledge. The contents of such advertising are not monitored and we do not accept any responsibility or provide any warranty for advertising, which has not been updated by these search engines.

We guarantee your satisfaction POLICY.

Should you not be satisfied within the first 5 minutes of your original reading, you must state so and hang up and if you do not want another reading then we will provide you with a full refund. You MUST notify us immediately by Email following a reading which you are not satisfied with to make good this guarantee and refund. We will NOT provide you with a refund for any live readings if you fail to notify us by Email at customercare@WorldsMostPowerfulSpells.com immediately following the reading.

You can return any unused item for ANY reason for a refund within 1-Year (365 days) of purchase of your order. Returns must be in salable condition, with ALL original materials and packing.

If your return is due to any reason other than receiving damaged goods or receiving items you didn't order, there will be a 25% restocking fee deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees. We do not refund the original shipping costs you paid for your order except in cases where you are returning damaged merchandise. If you received free shipping with your original order and you are not returning damaged merchandise, we will deduct the cost that we incurred to ship the initial package to you from your refund. If you need to return a product to WorldsMostPowerfulSpells.com, you will need to contact us by emailing returns@WorldsMostPowerfulSpells.com and you must include the original invoice number (found on the packing slip that accompanied your order) as well as the original order number (supplied to you in the subject line of your purchase confirmation email) in the information you email to us. Please note that refunds for spells are only issued after180 days in order to give the spells a chance to work and reinstate if any setbacks occur.

Once we receive the email, we will follow up with instructions on where to send your returned merchandise. You will need to send the merchandise back via a shipper that provides a tracking number, both for your protection and ours. Once we have received the merchandise, your refund (in US Dollars, less the original shipping costs and the 25% restocking fee if applicable) will be issued. We will email you a confirmation of your refund and the amount that was refunded. We do our best to refund as quickly as possible but refunds can take 3-4 weeks.

If you have received damaged items, please contact us immediately, the day you receive your package at customercare@WorldsMostPowerfulSpells.com so that we may get the issue resolved in a timely manner.

If you are missing merchandise from your order, have not received your order in a reasonable period of time or have received a product you didn't order, please contact us immediately at customercare@WorldsMostPowerfulSpells.com so we can investigate the problem and report back to you right away. You must contact us within 24 hours to let us know of an order that doesn't have all items purchased otherwise you will forfeit any replacements.
